Director
A director is a person how supervises the actors and other staff in a film, play or similar productions.


Story Board Creator
A story board creator makes a story board. This is a good way to share your visions with other people. This includes all the shots that will be taken, which makes production much easier. Having a suitable and clear story board will be easier to explain which will save time.


Script Writer
Scriptwriters write the script for a film or television show. Scripts are documents that present a story meant to be filmed, which are then studied and memorized by actors.


Cameraman
They are part of a camera crew who work closely with directors, actors and other member. They have to make creative and technical decisions.


Line Producer
Manage the film budget and maintain a schedule.


Executive Producer
They oversee the filmmaking with regard to film financing. They liaise with the line producer and report to production companies and distributors.


Script Editor
A Script editor edits the scripts to make sure they have a relationship and is telling the right story. Following the story line.


Lighting Designer
A Lighting designer know how to make the best use od powerful lights, creating effects that can be changed to match the mood of the action.


Art Director
An Art director is someone who is responsible for the visual style and images in magazines, newspapers and movie and television productions. They create the overall design


Casting Director
A casting director works with the producer and director. The casting director is responsible for matching ideal actors to each role. They also work with production accountants to prepare the casting budget. They organise and conduct interviews and auditions. They are also in charge of offering each actor an appropriate fee to appear in the film, including terms and conditions.

Post-production

Data Wrangler
A Data Wrangler is a person on set who is responsible for making sure that what gets recorded on camera makes sure it gets back to the editor without any data loss or corruption.


Video Editor
Video editors use digital video equipment and software to edit the Post-production work of film. Post-production work (the work that is completed after all video or film has been shot, narration completed and sound track accumulated.)


Special Effects Editor
An editor who specializes in editing special effects into things (videos/ pictures etc...)


Sound Editor
A sound editor is responsible for selecting and assembling sound recording in preparation for the final sound mixing or mastering of a television program, motion picture, video gamed or any production involving recorded or synthetic sound.


Foley Artist
A Foley artist creates audio effects for a film by using physical props. Responsible for specific sounds. They don't create audio for standard special effects, such as explosions or background noises from cars. Domain of audio engineers.


Sound Designer
A sound designer identifies sound such as; gunshots, door closing/opening, dog barking, rain, wind, traffic etc... The more difficult ones they make are; dinosaurs, aliens, spaceships etc... They often record original new material.


Colour Grader
A colour grader use a varied and intentional colour palette in videos so they can inform the audience in a multitude of ways. E.g  The Walking Dead use dark muted tones and the absence of bright colours.
